Easy process, delivered on time

The process is very straightforward and works. Although I kept the saddle and have given 5 stars it is worth saying that the saddle needed a lot more flocking wool, so I believe the saddles are as provided to Saddle Bank, rather than fully serviced. Had I needed to return it, the box and packaging would be re-used and the instructions were very clear. I would definitely recommend.

currently have a K&M saddle on trial,very easy transaction & fast delivery,also as advised purchased 2 extra gullet bars 1 up & 1 down,so far saddle extremely comfortable & my mare goes well in it.will let saddle bank know towards end of trial. So far so good. Excellent customer service also. My saddler said it was a lovely fit.
