Excellent service

I trialled two saddles. One was a really good fit and is a keeper, the other was returned. My refund was processed as soon as the saddle was back in the warehouse. Friendly, fast and lots of advice when asked for. Highly recommend the saddle bank.

I have sold a few saddles over the years in different ways, but this has been by far the easiest! My saddle was packaged and collected within 48 hours of agreeing to the quote, and the money was in my account the next day. Will use The Saddle Bank again when I next have a spare saddle. Amazing service

I ordered a second hand saddle which the advert said was in ‘fair’ condition. It arrived when it said it would and I couldn’t be happier. The saddle almost looks like new and is perfect for my daughter’s pony. Very pleased with all the communication from The Saddle Bank too and the 5 day trial is such a fab option to have available when purchasing a saddle. 5 stars all round.

The Saddle bank had a saddle I wanted to buy, it was a very easy process, and I paid through PayPal. I received it very quickly and it's exactly as described.
