Excellent helpful service

I had a jump saddle with Saddlebank for a commission sale. They were kind enough to allow me to take an outright price on this so i could part exchange for a dressage saddle they held. Just after receiving the saddle my horse developed a minor veterinary issue and they also extended the trial period so I had time to rearrange my saddler when he could be ridden. I am so happy with the saddle which is in great condition and fits us both!!!

Pony saddle

I have recently used the saddle bank for the first time. I had a pony on trial and on buying him the saddle had to go back. I wanted exactly the same saddle and found several in the saddle bank. Went for an ex demo which was in immaculate condition with tags still on! I am fairly local so picked it up, the service is easy to use and I’d recommend it.

This is the second saddle that I have bought from The Saddle Bank, and once more I am delighted with the service provided, the quality of the goods and the price. I contacted the company with a request and the lady on the other end of the line was helpful and friendly. Delivery occurred exactly when they said, and the saddle was well protected in transit.
