Saddle in great condition - fast 3-day shipment to US
I was looking for a specific Kent & Masters dressage saddle and was referred to the Saddle Bank by a friend. I was able to find the saddle I needed, as I had borrowed the exact same saddle from a friend to make sure that it was a good fit for my horse.
The transaction was easy. I was very surprised but excited that I received the saddle in 3 days - shipped to the US.
The only couple things I noticed after receiving the saddle - knowing it is a used saddle, it was in great condition. The billets must've been replaced because they are shorter and the leather seems to be a cheaper quality as it is a little brittle and cracked after only using it a couple of times. Also, the little tabs that the stirrup leather ends are tucked trough have been replaced because it doesn't have the Kent & Masters original imprint on the tabs. Overall a saddle in great condition - it would've been good to have the details regarding billet length in the description.

Brilliant Service
Buying a saddle Online is always a risk as we know. However, there was lots of support offered by the saddle bank both verbally, electronically and sending additional photographs. I felt very confident in making the purchase based on my interactions with the company. The saddle turned out to be perfect, and there were some very nice touches when it was delivered. I would highly recommend the saddle bank, the customer service is excellent.

Monarch Gfs saddle
Just purchased a second hand Gfs Monarch saddle and it is like brand new! The saddle bank staff were so helpful, extending the trial as I had to purchase a wider gullet. Would definitely recommend buying a saddle from here, it was stress free and I'm delighted with my saddle.

I trialled two saddles. One was a really good fit and is a keeper, the other was returned. My refund was processed as soon as the saddle was back in the warehouse. Friendly, fast and lots of advice when asked for. Highly recommend the saddle bank.

I have sold a few saddles over the years in different ways, but this has been by far the easiest! My saddle was packaged and collected within 48 hours of agreeing to the quote, and the money was in my account the next day. Will use The Saddle Bank again when I next have a spare saddle.
