I had my saddle advertised via other channels, however after attracting time wasters I was contacted by The Saddle Bank and given an offer to either sell direct to them or for The Saddle Bank to sell for me, I opted for the former, even through it was below what I was asking but the process was so easy and was collected at my address on a date convenient to me and the money was transferred after the saddle was assessed and was the agreed price. Can’t fault the process!

Sold my saddles to the saddle bank and their customer service team were so helpful! Always someone there to keep me updated and prompt payment made. Would happily sell to them again for a quick and stress free process
