After seeing a saddle online I went through the process of px-ing. The process was quick & easy & I received an acceptable quote the next day and paid the remainder on the new saddle. I filled out the online form in regards to selling my saddle on sunday afternoon I had my offer by monday, the saddle was picked up on tueday and I was sent the money on friday! Great service

It was a pleasure to deal with you from start to finish. Incredibly communicative, access to humans (very rare) and very efficient processes. I probably could have sold my saddle for a higher value but this was so easy a private sale would not have been worth the hassle.
