Great service buying a second hand saddle

I ordered two saddles which arrived promptly the next day as promised. After trying them out with the help of my saddle fitter I kept one and returned one. Refund was confirmed and processed quickly. Easy to deal with.

Was very easy to get a clear idea on what was being offered and the process was straightforward from accepting the offer to receiving payment. There was an extra charge for flocking which was expected and a new stirrup leather which was unexpected but not fully unreasonable.

I ended up trialling a saddle from the Saddlebank so that I could try it before committing to by. It arrived very quickly on a day of my choice to fit around my saddler coming to fit it.
