Excellent Source for Bates Product not Available in the USA

We have purchased two Bates saddles, that are not reasonably available in the US, from the Saddle Bank with excellent service. The first required a good deal of back and forth emails to confirm it was in the correct configuration and to clarify availability. Responses were timely and informative. An email was sent regarding purchase of the second saddle. Instead of an email reply, which would have been sufficient, the customer service representative called us, UK to the US, within 30 minutes.
