Amazing experience

I ordered my saddle on the Thursday to be delivered on the Saturday, I was able to track where my saddle was and be home for when it was being delivered, I had the fillet bar changed before it was posted and it arrived very well packaged, I am still in my 5 day trial however after the saddle fitter came yesterday, the saddle fits my horse perfectly so I am keeping it! But it was nice to have the reassurance that if it didn’t fit I could send it back.

Hassle free!

I got a decent price for my old saddle, I didn’t have the hassle of trying to sell it second hand. The fitting team made 3-4 recommendations and the first one I tried fitted perfectly. Service was fast and informed. I would definitely use again. In fact, I don’t think I’d bother going anywhere else again unless for a customer made to measure saddle. Thank you!

Perfect

I was advised to get this model of saddle for my horse by my saddle fitter, living on the top coast of Scotland our nearest saddle shop is 220 miles away so the saddle bank is perfect as you can return if it doesn't fit. The saddle fitted perfect on my boy, so pleased with the prompt service and advice i got. Thank you so much-jenny x

Would expect a saddle be sent out with flocking evenly to both sides big difference to one side to the other, then being told a thousand pound second hand saddle should be flocked by the new buyer and is exceptable to be send out on trail in this condition
