Excellent Service

This was my first time buying a saddle not only from The Saddle Bank, but online in general. I would like to thank all of the customer service staff for answering my many questions and helping to ensure that my saddle arrived in time for the fitter to check it. Shipping was prompt and the saddle was packed very well. I'm happy to report that my new saddle fits my mare perfectly and I am very pleased with the experience I had purchasing it!

Check flocking

lovely saddle, quick delivery however when my saddler came to fit it to my horse we discovered the flocking is synthetic which now needs to be fully reflocked. The flocking was also lumpy.

Honest and Trustworthy

As we all know it’s difficult to get a saddle I ordered a premier event mono saddle knowing I was away on holiday they were able to accomodate me on return dates if required. I initially ordered a saddle but was able to change as saddle was not suitable , phoned up and managed to transfer over funds to new saddle, saddle arrived very quickly and if you need to return they really accommodate. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend thanks nicky and nieve

Very understanding

Unfortunately, I had an accident during the trial week. I contacted the saddle bank to say in there will likely be a delay to return my saddle. They were so great and understanding. Otherwise, the delivery, quality of product and service generally was great. Highly recommended

Excellent service. Never used Saddle Bank to buy a saddle before (had successfully sold saddles through them) but excellent experience. The saddle was actually better than the pictures showed; very little wear & fitted perfectly. sent out the day after order and received within 24 hours. Also ordered a pad which was too big which we did have to return for refund but that was easy too. Would highly recommend!
