Recommended by a family member. The service from start to finish was flawless and communication first class. Unfortunately I had to return my saddle as my young horse changed shape sooner than anticipated but again such a flawless process in returning it. Will definitely recommend to others and use again in the future.

Delighted with my new saddle

My saddler found the saddle on the saddle bank website and recommended I try it. I bought it and arranged the saddle to be delivered for the 5 day trial when my saddler was available to check the fit. The saddle was in great condition and fits perfectly.

Possibly the most straightforward way I’ve ever saved money

This is now my third purchase from the saddle bank and it honestly never gets harder. It is my go to option when buying and selling a saddle. I sent over some photos and a description of my current saddle to get a quote and let the team know I’d like to part exchange for another they had listed. I got the quote back within an hour on a Friday and by the following Wednesday my new saddle had arrived. The quote was competitive and the process was simple. I love my new saddle. I honestly cannot recommend Saddle Bank highly enough. From start to finish, the service has been absolutely fantastic. I had several questions along the way and rang them a number of times, and they couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly or accommodating. They even extended my trial period to work around the date my saddle fitter was coming, which I really appreciated. The saddle arrived beautifully packaged, and the condition was exactly as described. I purchased a Fairfax GP saddle, and it was in lovely condition, just as advertised. What really stood out was the aftercare and follow-up from Saddle Bank. The service didn’t stop once the saddle had arrived; they genuinely wanted to make sure everything was right. A brilliant company to deal with, with excellent customer service from beginning to end. I would 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
