Amazing service

I ordered a second hand saddle which the advert said was in ‘fair’ condition. It arrived when it said it would and I couldn’t be happier. The saddle almost looks like new and is perfect for my daughter’s pony. Very pleased with all the communication from The Saddle Bank too and the 5 day trial is such a fab option to have available when purchasing a saddle. 5 stars all round.

Great service

The Saddle bank had a saddle I wanted to buy, it was a very easy process, and I paid through PayPal. I received it very quickly and it's exactly as described. In the meantime, the Saddle Bank bought two of my saddles for good prices, which are now paid for, they sent a courier to collect, it was quick and easy and stress free. Really can’t fault the service. Unfortunately the saddle I trialled was the wrong shape for my mare. Very impressed with the no quibble return. Booked and authorised within minutes. I highly recommend the saddle bank if you want to try a saddle and not end up with one you have to sell on again if it doesn’t fit.

We found this company who were extremely helpful and also added a new gullet in to ensure that it fit my high withered warmblood. They were such reasonable prices unlike some saddle companies who can overprice their saddles. They also provide a trial policy to allow you to be certain that the saddle is the right fit for you and your horse! Great quality item delivered on time for fitting and offered assurance had it not been right for our horse thank you !
