Excellent service. Never used Saddle Bank to buy a saddle before (had successfully sold saddles through them) but excellent experience. The saddle was actually better than the pictures showed; very little wear & fitted perfectly. sent out the day after order and received within 24 hours. Also ordered a pad which was too big which we did have to return for refund but that was easy too. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service

Brought a saddle recently and can’t fault the customer service. Saddle was shipped very promptly. Also sold multiple saddles through the saddle bank which has always been very easy, taking all the stress out of the selling process. Can’t recommend enough!
