Dreadful Service

Absolutely THE worst company I have ever dealt with. Shocking service, left arm doesn’t know what the right arm is doing. Offers declined then asking for offers and the offering better offers than the first decline. 2 saddles lost and owed me for them for more than 6 weeks. And even at that point, they couldn’t agree between themselves how much they owed. Will absolutely never recommend.

Review

Following advise from my saddle fitter I found lots of saddle choice with the saddle bank & very fair prices. The saddle I bought looked brand new & is in excellent condition. I emailed with some questions & received a prompt, informative & helpful response. My only issue was that I chose a specific delivery date to coincide with my saddle fitter visit, however this was not picked up on the system. The system had also not charged me delivery & it was only because I received a phone call about this & double checked the delivery date that I discovered the error. This was rectified but had it not been for the call the saddle would have been delivered too early. Overall I was very happy with the saddle & service I received from tbe saddle bank & would happily recommend them.

Great Experience

I’ve now sold two saddles through the saddle bank and on both occasions the whole process has been simple and stress free! Communication is great and the DPD collection first class. The first saddle sold quickly on commission and the second was purchased direct. All the hard work is done for you, there’s no other hassle free way to sell your saddle!

Hassle free service

A very easy online process to sell my saddle. I hand delivered my saddle to a friendly team for inspection and payment was promptly processed as promised. I have since recommend to friends looking to sell theirs..

Find a big box first

Excellent service. I was selling my saddle back to them having bought it off them a year ago. I just wish I’d kept the box it came in initially. It took me a while to find a big enough box to send the saddle back in, and I had to get a lot of packing materials together to make sure I was happy that it it would be secure in transit but it was fine and I received my money in 3 days. I packed my saddle with an old sheet to protect the leather as well as lots of bags and newspapers scrunched up plus and old towel to make sure it didn’t get scratched.

A really smooth service!

I had been keeping my eye out for a specific saddle to become available on the saddle bank and when it did the service I received was perfect. They explained exactly the process that I needed to go through. The people I spoke to were clear and helpful and the saddle arrived in perfect condition and exactly when they said it would. I would definitely use this service again.

5 * for the Saddle Bank

I have used the Saddle Bank a few times over the years, firstly to sell a saddle of mine (which they did, quickly and effortlessly), then to purchase a second hand one (with the amazing Amy, she came out with a huge selection of stock and nothing was too much trouble) and then for advice on what would fit my new horse as we had moved out of their area. Every time the Saddle Bank staff have been so kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable; they are always willing to help, will go above and beyond to offer advice and provide information even if it isn't going to result in a sale for them. I cannot recommend the Saddle Bank enough, if you need anything tack or saddle related these are your people. Thank you :)
