Buying a saddle? Look no further!

Having spoke to my saddler about the make and size of saddle that would fit my youngster, I then looked on saddlebank. I am so glad I did, there was a chunky monkey saddle for my chunky monkey! I ordered it there and then, but was a bit worried when I had to change the delivery date to fit my saddlers availability. My worry was unfounded, i got an email over the weekend assurring me this wasn't a problem. Everything was seamless from ordering through to delivery. The saddle arrived on time in the expected condition and was very well packaged, and best of all it fits perfectly - a very happy customer!

Excellent Service

Very thoughtful personal service. No hassle from start to finish, part-ex my saddle for an Ideal event, really pleased with the saddle. My saddle was checked and the money put in my bank timely. Highly recommend this company to deal with, excellent customer service, really good range of saddles to choose from, delivery is next day and packaged really well.

Purchased Saddle

Overall I have had an excellent service from the Saddlebank. It's not an easy process buying a secondhand saddle. You either rely on your saddler to find one or go via FB. So I was slightly hesitant of using this process, but I shouldn't have worried. After filling in a Saddle Recommendation form and detailing a number of saddles I liked, I was emailed back with some suggestions and why. I was then contacted by a team member to see if I was happy with where I was. I had picked out a couple of saddles and she discussed how they were different and what she felt would work best for what I needed. I then trialed two saddles. They arrived the day before my saddler and after trying a few I chose a Black Country, which fitted my horse really well and was comfortable, so all good. I then arranged for the other saddle to be returned and even had to change the day of collection and there were no issues. A few days later I had my refund for the cost of that saddle. I would definitely recommend using Saddlebank, the process was very easy and their was a good selection to chose from. The kept in regular contact with me and were happy to deal with any questions I had. Especially as I had a difficult horse to fit. Yes, you have to outlay the cost of the saddles first, and the cost of the saddle may be slightly more, but you are paying for a service and I felt it was worth it. My only issue is the website can jump around a bit and searches did not always bring up the same number of saddles you saw on your first search. But that could just be user error! Also filling in this form, I had written my review, forgot to click the star rating and it deleted all I had written! Minor issue, but annoying. Overall very happy client.

Excellent!

Just to say the service is and has always been excellent. I have purchased 3 saddles now from The Saddle Bank. The last one which was recently, the saddle arrived on time, but my horse the day before sustained an injury. The Saddle Bank were very understanding and agreed to extend the trial period. The result being, back on board and the saddle fits well!

Excellent Service

I needed to sell and buy a new saddle. After much research, looking at reviews and speaking to others I decided to try the saddle bank. I was impressed with the quick communication, and amount of saddles available. My new saddle was delivered the very next day, with a personalised note. My saddle was exactly as described and I’m very happy with the service from the start to the end. Would definitely recommend saddle bank and I will use again.

Great service

Exchanged my old saddle for a ‘new’ second hand one. Excellent customer service and communications throughout the process, making it as simple as straight forward as possible. Very quick collection/delivery of saddles, and saddle came in immaculate condition. Would definitely be my first choice if I was to need another saddle.

Sold my saddle outright

I got a few prices for selling my saddle, the saddle bank were the only one who gave me an outright price which I was happy with, the process was easy and the saddle was sent free of charge. I would recommend selling through the saddle bank if you want a quick hassle free sale!

Saddle sale

Great company and very fair price for the saddle I was looking to sell. The instructions for getting the right photographs of the saddle and info is very easy to understand. Would definitely use again
