Saddle purchase

My saddle fitter recommended buying a Jeffries Stamford saddle for my hard to fit Halflinger. The two saddles i had that are made for halflingers kept slipping. The saddle from Saddle Bank arrived quickly to Canada and is like new and fits my horse perfectly. It’s so comfortable and wonderful to ride in!! Big Thank you.

Incredible Service

The saddle is even better than it looked in the pictures. Their service was impeccable, fast processing and shipment. If you have to reach out to them for help you have a response almost immediately. Lovely people! Packaging is also very good if you’re shipping internationally. My saddle came from the UK to Canada and customs decided to cut the box completely open and then not bother to reseal it before continuing the shipment. My saddle arrived in an open, mangled box because of customs and UPS and due to the sheer amount of bubble wrap and care taken by the saddle bank, it was miraculously undamaged! Will definitely order again!!

Fantastic service

I am very pleased with my gorgeous new (2nd hand ) saddle. It was exactly as described, if anything better than expected. Delivery was quick and convenient and with the added bonus of getting a 5 day trial, plus confidence the saddle has been checked and is returnable under a warranty - I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend.

Sold my saddle to the SB, my goodness if only all transactions in life were that easy! Got a quote within hours of filling out the online form, received a followed up email from customer services with absolutely no pressure to commit to making a decision. The quote is explained well and gave me different selling options. I chose to sell mine direct and within 24 hours of my saddle being collected the money was in my bank! Excellent company i just sold a saddle to them ,it was collected on a Wednesday they received it Thursday ,money paid into my bank account on Friday what more could you ask for much better than trying to sell on E Bay or others , all i needed to do was send them pictures of the saddle along with a few more details and they come back to you with a fair price ,i am well and truly happy it was a pleasure doing business with them
