When I first contacted The Saddle Bank, they responded the very next day, giving a couple of saddles to review. When making the purchase of the chosen saddles, they arrived well packaged and in a very timely manner. To date, I have purchased two saddles from The Saddle bank, ordering an extra gullet bar with each, that proved valuable when the saddle fitter came last week, she changed out each gullet bar for the next size up, and the saddles fit the horses perfectly. I recommend looking for a saddle from The Saddle Bank, as their help and guidance was amazing.

Great service buying a second hand saddle

I ordered two saddles which arrived promptly the next day as promised. After trying them out with the help of my saddle fitter I kept one and returned one. Refund was confirmed and processed quickly. All round good service which makes it possible to try second hand saddles and find the right one for you and your horse.

Easy to deal with.

Was very easy to get a clear idea on what was being offered and the process was straightforward from accepting the offer to receiving payment. There was an extra charge for flocking which was expected and a new stirrup leather which was unexpected but not fully unreasonable.
