I have bought a few saddles off you now and they all have been just perfect. Your staff are very helpful and friendly which makes the whole experience a lot easier if you are unsure about anything. I wouldn't buy my saddles anywhere else.

Excellent service

I was looking to buy a new saddle but had no idea what make/model to get so I completed the personal recommendation form online and received a very quick response with 2 suggestions. The one I picked of those to try was perfect after a quick gullet change, which was also recommended to take different size gullets to try, a lovely saddle, excellent condition & so comfortable. Selling saddle

I was really pleased with the quote I received for my saddle. Collection was arranged for me from my doorstep and the money was straight in the bank a few days later. The form suggested there may be a fees so I was worried some money would be deducted but I received the full monies .The only thing that put bit me off selling it sooner was trying to box up my saddle. Bubble wrap and a box within a box did the trick. Ask for a boxes at your local supermarket.I would highly recommend and would use again over selling on auction sites or dealing with people.
