Please ensure you read and understand the delivery charges.
The Saddle Bank delivery costs include the delivery charge and packaging materials.
We try to keep these costs as low and as competitive as possible whilst still offering a premium service.
Bridles, Stirrups, Leathers, Girths, Gullet Bars, Protection & Maintenance Products Orders placed before 1:00pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday)

Standard (Accessory orders orders over £50): FREE; 2-5 working days
Please be aware that Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays of up to 10 days. Where possible, we recommend upgrading to Express Delivery (DPD) for a faster and more reliable service. - Standard (Accessory orders orders under £50): £4.95; 2-5 working days

- Europe: £17.95*; 3-7 day delivery
- USA & Canada: £29.95*; 3-7 day delivery
* For more than 3 accessory items, an additional £5.00 is required on international orders

Orders placed before 1:00pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday)
Saddles are dispatched in brand new double-walled boxes, with bubble wrap to protect the pommel and cantle.
Customs Payments
The Saddle Bank operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means as the buyer it is your responsibility to pay for any import duties, taxes and customs which may be necessary to release your order from international customs.
The courier will contact you to advise on the necessary charges and take payment before they delivery the saddle to you.
Post-Brexit, there have been some changes to customs and duty charges for EU customers. Tax and import duty varies from country to country so we advise you to check first with your local tax office to see if any fees will be payable.
If you refuse to pay any duty and customs charges and the parcel is returned to us all shipping charges will deducted from any refund. No refund will be made until the returned parcel has been received by ourselves. Please note that parcels that have been ‘returned to sender’ can take up to 3 months to arrive. The Saddle Bank will not cover any fees which may be incurred to return the parcel which will result in it being destroyed by the customs authorities.
