This is the first time I have used the saddle bank and I have found it to be an absolutely top service from start to finish. The response to my initial emails from knowledgeable real people as opposed to bots! The help, advice, and lastly the incredible speed at which the saddle I finally chose arrived. Easy sale of a saddle

A good saddle.

The saddle arrived the next day after ordering it very impressive. But I did order a saddle cover to go with the saddle and that was not in the box. I am going to have to chase them up which was slightly disappointing.
