Sadly we are not able to offer a trial internationally at present. However, most of our international clients still find it cheaper to import a quality saddle from UK than to source one in their own country.

This saddle is classed as GRADE 5: Used saddle. Average condition. Showing obvious signs of use and wear. Will likely include scuffs/marks/discolouration as highlighted in photos.

The X-Helen maintains the tecnical features and the feeling for the rider of the past version, but it is even more elegant and refined than before thanks to the patent leather inserts. The twist is narrow and deep. The rider is seated very close to the horse without hindering its movements. The blocks are innovative, as they are curved to follow the shoulder of the horse. They have been designed to follow the somatic development of the horse’s shoulder, to enhance balance with horse’s natural shape while respecting its muscoloskeletal conformation. The right proportion between structure and softness adds to the block’s comfort and optimises synergy between the horse and the rider. The fancy inserts are both on the back of the cantle and on the face of the blocks. The anatomically shaped panels ensure maximum freedom of movement for the trapezius muscles.

From New - Under normal conditions of use, Prestige saddles are covered by law by a 2-year warranty, while the tree and the stirrup bars come with a lifetime warranty.

The warranty does not cover the damages caused by tear and wear, accidents, improper use, or the use of unsuitable products. Moreover the warranty shall be void in case the saddle parts, including the saddle tree and the stirrup bars, are tampered or altered.

For your safety, we recommend that the girth straps are periodically checked and, if necessary, replaced. Warning: new saddles and other leather goods may stain white clothes, especially during the first few uses.

Prestige Italia declines any responsibility if the girth straps break or are worn out, if the replacement was previously advised by Prestige but refused by the Client.

Warranty is only valid on saddles which have been well cared for, and maintained by the purchaser, and does not include accidental damage, fire, or theft. Any alterations made by a saddle fitter or owner will deem the warranty invalid as the person who has made such changes is responsible for the safety of the saddle.
