The saddle bank contacted me when I was selling a saddle on Marketplace. They were fab - offered me a quote, which I declined, and came back with a bit more. Super customer service, easy collection (hardest bit was finding a box big enough! A service of supplying a box annd packaging would be great). Money was in the bank the day they received it. Saddle not as described

I purchased a saddle that had very different measurements than described online. The seat size, gullet width, and flap length were all different than posted online. Not to mention the saddle had significant customization in the seat and was a cross between two models. This should have been noted! Careful measurements on the seller's end, including pictures of the measurement, would have gone a long way to make an informed purchase. I thought I was ordering my dream saddle from the measurements and description posted, and ended up with something very different!

Great customer service!

I ordered a saddle that, due to a computer glitch, ended up being unavailable even though the order went through. Customer service got in touch quickly and let me know about the error. Luckily they had another saddle of the same model in stock, so they held that one for me while they waited to hear back. I was very impressed with the way they handled everything and their communication. I live in the United States so I'm not sure when I'll order from The Saddle Bank again, but I do highly recommend them!

Everyone has been so helpful in finding me a saddle. I was unable to get my saddle fitter out for a month so they were very accommodating at holding the saddle for me and allowing me to have it ordered a couple of days before he was due to come out. Everyone that I spoke to via email or phone was so helpful. The saddle arrived when stated. In great condition and was packed well! Very happy, would definitely recommend anyone to use the saddle bank for a hassle free way of buying a saddle. Thank you so much.
