Another great experience with The Saddle Bank. All the saddles I ordered came on time and as described. Unfortunately the horse was lame for the saddle fitting appointment so I had to return them, but the staff at the Saddle Bank were brilliant and very helpful by phone. I recommend The Saddle Bank all the time to friends and family in the UK and the US.

Very straightforward

A very straightforward company to deal with. They do exactly as it says on the tin. Unfortunately my chosen saddle didn’t fit. But the whole return/refund process was very simple. Although I didn’t end up purchasing the saddle I wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you
