Super helpful and risk free

My saddle fitter wasn't able to get to me to fit a saddle on my new horse and unable to wait, I used the service where I sent photos of him to the team and they made a list of recommendations. I liked a saddle and I thought it would be ok so I accepted it and used it for a couple of weeks. When the saddle fitter was able to get to me, she said it wasn't the best fit and luckily it was within the money back period so I got a refund from the team within days of returning it and managed to get one that fit perfectly. The team have been easy and helpful to deal with from start to finish and I would never hesitate to recommend the saddle bank to anyone.

Quick and easy process

I have now bought two saddles from Saddle Bank, and sold one back. Each time the process has been easy with plenty of communication. My payment was sent quickly and the DPD collection was much easier than having to take the box somewhere myself.

Excellent!

Whole process was swift and easy. Offered 2 options for sale. Given a fair price and money transferred promptly. Collected by courier as arranged. Hardest part was finding a box big enough to pack the saddle safely! Would highly recommend.
