Was very easy to get a clear idea on what was being offered and the process was straightforward from accepting the offer to receiving payment. There was an extra charge for flocking which was expected and a new stirrup leather which was unexpected but not fully unreasonable.

Selling my k2 saddle

Was very happy with the service I received from the saddle bank. They gave me a quote that I was very happy with so they arranged collection. All I needed to do was box it up. I received a email telling me they had received it and it was being processed. Within a few days I had my money in my bank account. All in all I would highly recommend The saddle bank to anyone wanting to sell your saddle hassles free.

Happy customer

I ended up trialling a saddle from the Saddlebank so that I could try it before committing to by. It arrived very quickly on a day of my choice to fit around my saddler coming to fit it. Very pleased with the service and I ended up selling the old saddle with no hassle through Saddlebank too. If we end up buying another saddle I will definitely come back to you!

Repeat buyer

Hi I have bought 2 saddles from the saddle bank now as I was impressed with the service. Firstly they had the brand and the size I was after and they sent them to me in NZ in a timely and efficient manner. Both saddles were accurately described and arrived well packaged. Buying saddles from overseas sight unseen is daunting but I have been extremely happy with the service from the Saddle Bank and would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Great and speedy service

I recently re-sold a saddle I had bought in 2023 back to The Saddlebank. The prices was very straightforward process with an easy to complete form and with uploaded images. Due to its age, it was to go through as a commission sale, rather than an outright sale. I was able to drop it off where it was decided it needed to have girth straps replaced. Within an hour, they contacted me to inform me that it might take some time to order and replace the straps, therefore they offered me a direct payment. The deal was agreed and paid within 2 weeks.
