Full payment is taken for the saddle at the point of check out. If the saddle fits – great! No further action required.

Select your delivery date at check out. Please note we recommend having the saddle delivered 2 working days before your saddle fitting appointment in case of any unexpected delays with the courier.

Sadly we are not able to offer a trial internationally at present. However, most of our international clients still find it cheaper to import a quality saddle from UK than to source one in their own country.

The Equipe Boulevard saddle is especially suitable for horses with short backs as for the same seat size the panel underneath is shorter. The cantle is inclined in order to respect the length of the seat size and create the greatest depth. At the same time the movement of the horse's back is freer.

Suitable for a horse with more shape to their back and a rider that likes a bit more depth than a normal Equipe

WARRANTY DURATION
Wooden Tree: 5 years.
Carbon, Synthetic, and RS Trees: Lifetime warranty. However, after 5 years, shipping and labor costs are at the customer's expense.
Warranty excludes labor costs and any costs for damaged leather or other parts, which will be calculated separately according to the price list.

ACTIVATION OF WARRANTY
The warranty is valid only when accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and starts from the date of purchase. In the absence of proof of purchase, the date on the product's serial number will be used as reference, regardless of whether the saddle is second-hand.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
Parts subject to wear and tear.

Damage caused by:
Accidents.
Improper use of the product.
Negligence or lack of care.
Unauthorised modifications or repairs.

Second-Hand Saddles from The Saddle Bank:

All second-hand saddles from The Saddle Bank include a 6-month soundness warranty. Saddles are sold in sound condition, and a saddle with an average amount of use should reasonably offer many years of service.

This warranty applies only to saddles that have been properly cared for and maintained by the purchaser. It does not cover accidental damage, fire, theft, or misuse. Any alterations or adjustments made by a saddle fitter or the owner will invalidate the warranty, as the individual performing such changes assumes responsibility for the saddle’s safety and soundness.

In addition to our own warranty, any manufacturer tree or leather warranty that applies to the saddle will transfer to the new owner, provided the saddle is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period. To determine whether your saddle remains covered, please refer to the serial number and check this against the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

*6 month soundness warranty is provided on all second hand saddles. Saddles are sold sound, and we expect a saddle with an average amount of use to have many years of use. Warranty is only valid on saddles which have been well cared for, and maintained by the purchaser, and does not include accidental damage, fire, or theft. Any alterations made by a saddle fitter or owner will deem the warranty invalid as the person who has made such changes is responsible for the safety of the saddle.
**Guaranteed buy back price is offered on all saddles within 9 months of the original purchase date. The price offered is 20% less the purchase price of second hand saddles, and 35% less the purchase price of new saddles. The guaranteed buy back price is also condition dependent, and the saddle must be in a comparable condition to guarantee the price. The Guaranteed buy back price is only available to UK mainland clients.
