Great service buying a second hand saddle

I ordered two saddles which arrived promptly the next day as promised. After trying them out with the help of my saddle fitter I kept one and returned one. Refund was confirmed and processed quickly. All round good service which makes it possible to try second hand saddles and find the right one for you and your horse.

Easy to deal with.

Was very easy to get a clear idea on what was being offered and the process was straightforward from accepting the offer to receiving payment. There was an extra charge for flocking which was expected and a new stirrup leather which was unexpected but not fully unreasonable.

Selling my k2 saddle

Was very happy with the service I received from the saddle bank. They gave me a quote that I was very happy with so they arranged collection. All I needed to do was box it up. I received a email telling me they had received it and it was being processed. Within a few days I had my money in my bank account. All in all I would highly recommend The saddle bank to anyone wanting to sell your saddle hassles free.

Happy customer

I ended up trialling a saddle from the Saddlebank so that I could try it before committing to by. It arrived very quickly on a day of my choice to fit around my saddler coming to fit it. Very pleased with the service and I ended up selling the old saddle with no hassle through Saddlebank too. If we end up buying another saddle I will definitely come back to you!

Great service selling saddles

Fair offers and matched an offer from another site. Loved the fact they pay and organise collection of saddle. Excellent communication letting me know when my saddles arrived and we're being evaluated. Then prompt payment and no quibble over state of my saddles.

Super friendly and professional service

I have bought two saddles from Saddle Bank and also sold one back (following a change of horse). I could not recommend more highly - always a friendly voice answering the phone with plenty of time to go through any questions and concerns Hassle and stress free and very reasonable prices
