Excellent service. Never used Saddle Bank to buy a saddle before (had successfully sold saddles through them) but excellent experience. The saddle was actually better than the pictures showed; very little wear & fitted perfectly. sent out the day after order and received within 24 hours. Also ordered a pad which was too big which we did have to return for refund but that was easy too. Would highly recommend!

We bought our saddle after Saddle bank was recommended to us. And i have to say the service was brilliant. and the personalised letters are lovely. My daughter was made up with it. Ours fit perfectly so didnt need to use the send back scheme. Would defo buy from the again.
