Sadly we are not able to offer a trial internationally at present. However, most of our international clients still find it cheaper to import a quality saddle from UK than to source one in their own country.

Each Bliss of London and Loxley by Bliss saddle comes with a 10 year tree warranty for all wooden trees and a 5 year tree warranty for all polymer adjustable trees.
Each saddle includes a 12 months warranty against defective workmanship and materials, subject to fair wear and tear. Your saddle must be registered by yourself within 60 days of purchase to activate this.

Under warranty terms second opinions and repairs of any kind must be carried out by an authorised Bliss of London Repair Agent, unauthorised second opinions and repairs will render the warranty null and void.

Proof of registration will be asked for, so it is advised to print out your confirmation warranty reply and keep this in a safe place.

6 month soundness warranty is provided on all second hand saddles. Saddles are sold sound, and we expect a saddle with an average amount of use to have many years of use. Warranty is only valid on saddles which have been well cared for, and maintained by the purchaser, and does not include accidental damage, fire, or theft. Any alterations made by a saddle fitter or owner will deem the warranty invalid as the person who has made such changes is responsible for the safety of the saddle.
