Such a Stress Free Process

I sold my saddle to Saddlebank and the process was so straightforward. Kate provided me with an immediate quote and sent your 'what next' instructions which were very clear and easy to follow. Your quote was only slightly less than I was expecting to have to agree for a quick sale on the open market and that was a small price to pay to avoid the worry and stress of an unknown person trialling and potentially damaging my saddle - or even making off with it! . Communication from Ellie, Amy and The Saddlebank Team was excellent, ditto with DPD who collected on a day selected by me. The agreed price was paid into my bank on the same day my saddle arrived with Saddlebank. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

Brilliant hassle free way to buy and sell a saddle

Ellie and the rest of the team were so helpful and supported me through the process of selling my saddle and trialing out 2 saddles before buying one. Highly recommend them for piece of mind too as each saddle is checked thoroughly so you know you're buying something that doesn't have any issues. They were recommended by my saddle fitter and I can see why.

Selling a saddle

Selling a saddle was simple using The Saddle Bank. After sending photos, I received a quote then instructions on how to pack the saddle for courier collection which worked like clockwork x
