Repeat buyer

Hi I have bought 2 saddles from the saddle bank now as I was impressed with the service. Firstly they had the brand and the size I was after and they sent them to me in NZ in a timely and efficient manner. Both saddles were accurately described and arrived well packaged. Buying saddles from overseas sight unseen is daunting but I have been extremely happy with the service from the Saddle Bank and would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Great and speedy service

I recently re-sold a saddle I had bought in 2023 back to The Saddlebank. The prices was very straightforward process with an easy to complete form and with uploaded images. Due to its age, it was to go through as a commission sale, rather than an outright sale. I was able to drop it off where it was decided it needed to have girth straps replaced. Within an hour, they contacted me to inform me that it might take some time to order and replace the straps, therefore they offered me a direct payment. The deal was agreed and paid within 2 weeks. I was really impressed with the fairness and speed with which the staff, who were all lovely sorted out my sale. I would definitely recommend them. Linda Essex

Amazing Service

After seeing a saddle online I went through the process of px-ing. The process was quick & easy & I received an acceptable quote the next day and paid the remainder on the new saddle. From selling my saddle & receiving my new one took just 4 days. What an amazing turn around! Highly recommended & will definitely use this service again in the future 😀
