5 * for the Saddle Bank

I have used the Saddle Bank a few times over the years, firstly to sell a saddle of mine (which they did, quickly and effortlessly), then to purchase a second hand one (with the amazing Amy, she came out with a huge selection of stock and nothing was too much trouble) and then for advice on what would fit my new horse as we had moved out of their area. Every time the Saddle Bank staff have been so kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable; they are always willing to help, will go above and beyond to offer advice and provide information even if it isn't going to result in a sale for them. I cannot recommend the Saddle Bank enough, if you need anything tack or saddle related these are your people. Thank you :)

Sold two saddles to the Saddle Bank

I was looking for an easy straightforward way of selling two saddles that we no longer needed. I have heard nightmare stories about people selling privately online and I felt that selling via the Saddle Bank would be more secure and straightforward. I followed the process on the website which was really easy and straightforward, filling in the details and uploading the photos that they needed, again which was really easy. Within an hour I had one valuation and the second one came the following day. I spoke to the office with a few questions about boxing up the saddles and they were really helpful. I liked the fact that the saddles are insured by them once picked up by their courier. I accepted the offers online and chose my preferred courier pick up time. Within a few days I received emails to confirm that the saddles had been received and payment arrived in my bank account. Best Saddle Buying Experience Ever

Searching for a new saddle is stressful and the Saddle Bank made that process easy. I was initially concerned about having a saddle shipped from overseas, however the saddle I ordered arrived faster and at a lower cost than many domestic orders that I placed. Everything about the experience was great, even the process of returning the saddle when it wasn't a good fit. I would definitely order from the Saddle Bank again!
