I ordered a second hand saddle which the advert said was in ‘fair’ condition. It arrived when it said it would and I couldn’t be happier. The saddle almost looks like new and is perfect for my daughter’s pony. Very pleased with all the communication from The Saddle Bank too and the 5 day trial is such a fab option to have available when purchasing a saddle. 5 stars all round.

Really can’t fault the service. Unfortunately the saddle I trialled was the wrong shape for my mare. Very impressed with the no quibble return. Booked and authorised within minutes. I highly recommend the saddle bank if you want to try a saddle and not end up with one you have to sell on again if it doesn’t fit.

Me and my mum have been Looking for a Kent and master’s dressage saddle. We found this company who were extremely helpful and also added a new gullet in to ensure that it fit my high withered warmblood. They were such reasonable prices unlike some saddle companies who can overprice their saddles. They also provide a trial policy to allow you to be certain that the saddle is the right fit for you and your horse! Great quality item delivered on time for fitting and offered assurance had it not been right for our horse thank you !
Saddles are permitted on a 5 day UK mainland trial. Simply add the saddle to your basket and proceed to check out. The trial starts on the
day you receive the saddle.
Full payment is taken for the saddle at the point of check out. If the saddle fits – great! No further action required.
Is your fitter not coming until next week? No problem!
Select your delivery date at check out. Please note we recommend having the saddle delivered 2 working days before your saddle fitting
appointment in case of any unexpected delays with the courier.
Sadly we are not able to offer a trial internationally at present. However, most of our international clients still find it cheaper
to import a quality saddle from UK than to source one in their own country.

A mild, vegetable-based soap enriched with glycerine to gently lift dirt, sweat, and residue while maintaining the leather’s natural oils. Virtually pH neutral and free from harsh detergents, it won’t damage or strip the colour from your saddle. Ideal for routine cleaning.
2. Albion Luxury Leather Balm (500ml)
An ultra-conditioning balm formulated from a 200-year-old Swiss recipe. It deeply nourishes and protects leather, restoring softness and suppleness even in demanding conditions. Best used after cleaning with the Leather Soap for complete leather care.
3. Albion Leather Care Kit

How to Care for Your Albion Saddle
Clean Regularly
Use a damp (not wet) sponge or cloth to remove dirt and sweat. Apply Albion Luxury Leather Soap sparingly to lift grime while conditioning the leather.
Condition as Needed
Once the leather is clean and dry, apply a small amount of Albion Leather Balm using a soft cloth or sponge. This helps restore moisture and keep the leather supple.
Store Properly
Keep your saddle at room temperature, away from direct heat or damp conditions. Always store it on a saddle rack or stand to preserve its shape.
